Ardnamurchan Sherry Cask 2024 Launch
This whisky is honed and impressed by the best and most spectacular location of any distillery in Scotland – The Ardnamurchan Peninsula. Tarry rope, bung fabric, smoky bacon, outdated tractor shed, peanut brittle, sticky spare-ribs. Pink plum and cherry, then shifts to chalk cliff and meaty traits above on later half.
Tasting notes:
Nostril: Murray mint, bonfire on the seashore, salted peanut ice-cream, tomato stalks, Brazil nut and sundried tomatoes, teryaki beef jerky, relish and tamari. Untuous.
Palate: Tarry rope, bung fabric, smoky bacon, outdated tractor shed, peanut brittle, sticky spare-ribs. Pink plum and cherry, then shifts to chalk cliff and meaty traits above on later half.
End: Crashing waves, sea-salt, bothy fire and cigar store.
