Created within the ‘20s and making an all-new debut in Weber Ranch Blue, this eye-catching cocktail is a technique-tester on the bar.

Try this luxury premiere or finale to a night.

Girl in Blue

Substances

  • 1 ½ oz. Weber Ranch Vodka
  • 1 oz. Blue Curaçao
  • ¾ oz. lemon juice
  • ½ oz. egg white

Preparation

  1. Mix all elements in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Dry shake to emulsify the egg whites, add ice and shake till chilled.
  3. Double pressure into a relaxing Nick & Nora glass.
  4. Categorical orange peel oils over the cocktail.
  5. Garnish with an orange wedge.
