14 oz. bag of Good Luck Pasta (or sub any brief or lengthy pasta form!)

1 head cauliflower, yielding approx. 4-5 cups florets

1 cup uncooked cashews

¼ cup pine nuts, toasted

12 T. contemporary lemon zest

Directions

In a big pot, deliver plenty of water to a boil. Gently boil cauliflower and cashews for about 15-20 minutes till tender. Drain.

Place cauliflower and cashews in a Vitamix or blender.

Add lemon juice, miso, all seasoning, and water to blender and blend till easy.

Cook dinner pasta in keeping with bundle instructions and drain.

Place pasta in a big bowl and add and toss cauliflower sauce to style. 

You could not want all of the sauce!  I had about 1 cup of sauce leftover. Save sauce within the fridge for as much as one week.

Notes
