Pink Peppermint Bitter

Key phrase sweet cane, gin, lemon

Elements

  • 2 oz. Empress 1908 Indigo Gin
  • 1 oz. Sweet cane syrup*
  • ½ oz. Contemporary lemon juice
  • Crushed sweet cane rim garnish

Directions

  • Rim a cocktail glass with thick easy syrup or honey.
  • Dip coated rim into crushed sweet canes.
  • Mix components and shake with ice.
  • Pressure into the rimmed cocktail glass.

Notes

*For Sweet cane syrup: Crush 3-4 massive sweet canes into items. Add to a small saucepan over medium warmth with 1 cup water and ½ cup granulated sugar. Simmer till sugar dissolves and sweet canes soften utterly. Take away from warmth and refrigerate in a sealed container.
