Nostril: a contemporary profile on lemon sweet, oranges, gooseberries and unripe pineapple. Then loads of barley notes, ale and a touch of honey. Gentle coconut and floral overtones within the background. Some contemporary oak shavings and gingery notes as nicely. All very pure.
Mouth: candy and creamy, with some fruit syrup at first. This rapidly turns in the direction of oak shavings and spice. White pepper, candied ginger and a touch of nutmeg. Then some zesty citrus. Hints of inexperienced tea and grassy notes, in addition to gentle honey and just a bit vanilla fudge.
End: medium size, with extra of this grassy facet. Some inexperienced apple and ginger.
