NFL playoffs schedule set for wild-card weekend

The matchups and schedule for the NFL playoffs is about. Properly, almost.

The 14 groups that shall be within the playoffs are set, as are the instances and TV channels. Heading into the Week 18 Sunday Evening Soccer sport between the Detroit Lions and Minnesota Vikings, the one remaining query was which of these two groups would win the NFC North and earn the No. 1 seed within the NFC, and which might accept a wild-card playoff spot as an alternative.

Wild-card weekend will start Saturday, Jan. 11, with the No. 5 seed Los Angeles Chargers visiting the No. 4 Houston Texans. Then on Saturday night time, No. 6 Pittsburgh will go on the street to face No. 3 Baltimore.

Sunday brings a tripleheader, beginning with No. 7 Denver visiting No. 2 Buffalo.

Then it’s the NFC’s flip. No. 7 Inexperienced Bay goes to Philadelphia to tackle the No. 2 Eagles, adopted by No. 6 Washington at No. 3 Tampa Bay.

The playoff weekend concludes with the No. 5 seed — both Minnesota or Detroit, whichever group loses this Sunday night time — heading to Los Angeles to face the Rams on Monday, Jan. 13.

The highest seed in every convention — Kansas Metropolis within the AFC and both Detroit or Minnesota within the NFC — earns a bye and could have the weekend off.

Right here’s the entire schedule, with TV channels and instances, for NFL wild-card weekend:
