Out on the Oregon Coast, Public Coast Brewing Co. enters the vacation season with two new winter beer releases. Becoming a member of its lineup of beers on faucet and in cans are two collaboration beers, stRANGER Tides Chocolate Cherry Stout and Dunkel Goals.
Public Coast Brewing’s new stout, stRANGER Tides Chocolate Cherry Stout, is a collaboration with Portland-based Ranger Chocolate Co. This stout is described as combining the wealthy attract of Ranger Chocolate Co. cocoa with the tangy juice of Oregon-grown cherries.
The brewery’s different new launch, Dunkel Goals, is a collaboration with Portland-based Smith Teamaker and pairs the basic malt taste of a beer with their masala chai to create the proper spiked beverage for the vacation season.
“We’re excited to accomplice with two beloved Oregon-based manufacturers to create new and distinctive beers for the winter that add these basic flavors related to the vacations,” stated Ben Christianson, Public Coast’s brewer. “We needed so as to add flavors that really feel heat in distinction to the change of the season as we formally transfer into winter since flavors like cinnamon, cardamom, and chocolate are extra related to the colder months.”
