Horizon’s current distribution community in Massachusetts and Rhode Island will now function as Southern Glazer’s beverage firm, rising the group’s presence to 47 US markets.
In an announcement, Southern Glazer’s chief govt Wayne Chaplin mentioned: “With this acquisition, we’re combining Horizon’s deep regional experience with Southern Glazer’s superior know-how and strong assets.
“We’re excited to convey clients and suppliers enhanced instruments, information insights, and repair choices that place us to fulfill and exceed their wants in these very important markets.”
Each Massachusetts and Rhode Island markets will function as a part of Southern Glazer’s East Area, led by Scott Oppenheimer, East Area President.
